As Director of Client Experience and Operations Manager, Michelle is dedicated to providing clients with an exceptional and seamless experience. She oversees the firm's operations while working closely with clients and the advisory team to ensure efficient processes, responsive service, and a high level of care throughout the client relationship.
After earning her degree in Business Administration, Michelle began her career at JPMorgan Chase as a licensed Personal Banker before transitioning into wealth management as a Client Service Manager in 2018. Her experience in banking, client relationships, and operations allows her to anticipate client needs and support the firm's commitment to delivering personalized service.
Michelle takes pride in building strong client relationships through communication, organization, and attention to detail. She lives in Central New Jersey with her husband and two daughters and enjoys exercising, visiting local wineries, and traveling with her family.
